DELIVERY

Delivery will be made by a third party company and can be canceled before the delivery process begins. After a telephone confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply. The merchandise must be received within the period granted to the Client. If the Customer is not present to receive the merchandise, a reshipment charge will apply. The delivery team will place the furniture where the customer indicates once; We cannot move existing furniture or get rid of it. Normal setup includes attaching mirror brackets, reversing drawer hardware, assembling beds and dining tables. Bunk beds are subject to an additional setup fee. We are not equipped to dust, hang mirrors on walls, level furniture on rugs, attach headboard to frame, or cut bed slats. If during the delivery process it becomes too difficult to maneuver a piece of furniture through narrow hallways, doorways or stairs, Dollar Furniture is not responsible for any damage to the furniture, floors or walls. Please note that if the home is not accessible to our truck, or is above the third floor without elevator access, it will be the Client's responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to the home. To ensure the safety of our drivers, Dollar Furniture will determine whether to deliver during hazardous weather conditions, changing the delivery date will not represent a breach of contract.

SHIPMENT

It will be scheduled after your purchase. After a telephone confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply. The merchandise must be received within the period granted to the Client. If the Customer is not present to receive the goods, a charge will apply. Merchandise will be delivered inside the front lobby door of your home or building.

DAMAGED GOODS

The Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise before signing receipt. Any damaged items must be returned with the same truck. Returned items will be scheduled for reshipment free of charge.

WARRANTY

La mercancía vendida y entregada por El Dollar Furniture está respaldada por una garantía de 72 horas contra defectos de material o fabricación. Durante este período los clientes deberán proporcionar prueba fotográfica, El Dollar Furniture realizará una reparación a domicilio sin costo adicional. La garantía queda anulada si la mercancía se transporta a un lugar diferente al de la dirección final de entrega. La garantía no cubre el mal uso de la mercancía ni el desgaste normal. No hay garantías sobre recogidas, muestras de piso o mercancías en liquidación.

OTHERS

Customer voluntarily assumes all risk of accident when using any product in this order and agrees to hold harmless and forever release El Dollar Furniture from any and all claims, demands that have arisen or may arise as a result of the use of any product.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any “Purchase” is irrevocable and is not subject to refund, exchange or cancellation, purchases are final.

En el caso, en que se emprendan acciones legales relacionadas con los términos de este acuerdo, ya sea que el asunto llegue a un juicio o no, El Dollar Furniture tendrá derecho a recibir honorarios razonables de abogados y costos de bolsillo incurridos.
